My name is Pooja.
I enjoy building and researching technology from a humanistic perspective. I care less about being labeled “product manager” and more about working on problems where the product decisions have downstream consequences for real people. I’m drawn to deep user research, data & feedback driven decisions, and collaborating with diverse set of stakeholders around the globe.
I have a background in computer science & technology management. I am comfortable having & making system design decisions. At the same time, I enjoy the challenge of aligning people with different and diverse opinions on a shared goal.
Since I started building AI systems, I think carefully about what they do to the people who use them and how people use them. That instinct shapes both my product work and the research I do outside it.
I’m a visual storyteller whose primary medium is photography. I also enjoy creating through collage making, writing, and analog printmaking.
